PubMed is the National Library of Medicine's search service that provides access to over 11 million citations, abstracts, and many full text articles in MEDLINE, PreMEDLINE, and other related databases, with links to participating online journals. Other US Gov't biomedical reference databases can also be searched using the selector, click on the text link to get details on all of the DB's and for more advanced search options.
